• Preparing and updating accounts payable and receivable.
• Reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices
• Handling account inquires from internal and external sources.
• Making financial records in compliance with tax and accounting laws.
• Maintaining and preparing the budget.
• Making regular contact with clients to ensure payment.
• Working in collaboration with internal and external auditors.
• Handling queries related to accounts.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Cash management and periodic cash verification
• Stock verification
• Cash and bank reconciliation.
