Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial records and transactions of the Global Education Counselling Centre.
- Utilize Tally software to accurately record, classify, and summarize financial data.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and documents for auditing purposes.
- Monitor sales and expenditures, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial processes.
- Handle general administrative duties related to accounting and finance as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience as an Accountant.
- Proficient in using Tally software for accounting tasks.
- Strong knowledge of financial document preparation and auditing procedures.
- Excellent English language skills for effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to communicate professionally via email and handle correspondence.
- Sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
