Job Description:

• Knowlegde of accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Maintain Office inventory.
• Perform day-to-day activities related to cash/bank books.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.

Job Specification:

• Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and be a strong team player
• Must have knowledge of the statutory taxes applicable in the country.
• Must have theoretical knowledge of Banking processes and transactions in order to perform the duties.
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office.
