Other Specification:

• BBA, BBS, BIM, or any relevant subject, or be currently pursuing a relevant Bachelors program.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accountant to join the team at BrandAd Inc., a creative studio and marketing agency. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including; 

• updating the daily ledger 
• maintaining monthly invoices 
• handling accounts payable and receivable 
• updating and maintaining the monthly VAT record 
• overseeing petty cash issuance and dispersion 
• updating the payroll sheet regularly 
• daily follow-up on revenue. 

Additionally, the Accountant will be responsible for preparing vouchers and checks for funds release and purchase logistics as directed, ensuring that all monthly transactions are accurately recorded, and maintaining and updating utility bills. 

The Accountant will also be responsible for preparing and updating monthly accounts records and presenting them to senior management.
