Job Description:
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Must have sound knowledge of Nepal Tax.
- Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements
- Proper and correct entries of transaction into the accounting software.
- Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
- Operating accounting software such as Tally / Swastik
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Maintain and update accounting records and files for internal audit and external audit
- Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services
- Process general administration functions
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
