• Manage and maintain financial records for SKR Group's construction projects.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes related to construction projects.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with project managers to track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Process payroll for construction staff and ensure accurate calculations and timely payments.
• Monitor project costs and expenses, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
• Assist in the preparation of project bids and financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the construction industry.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities regarding financial matters.
• Support internal and external audits related to construction projects.
