Job Description
- Compiling and updating employee records (Required hired packet).
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Review payroll reports for correctness and completeness.
- Oversee payroll transactions including calculations, deductions, and withholdings.
- Maintain employee data including payroll, timesheet, W4, benefits and other information.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and concerns from employees.
- Perform wage verification when requested.
- Process employee timesheets and leaves and other information required for payroll processing.
- Generate periodic payroll reports to management for review.
- Daily login bank for monitoring day to day payroll transactions and to look after available balance.
- Assisting account team on tax and payroll report.
Working Hours:
- 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Shift A)
- 01:00 PM -10:00 PM (Shift B)
