- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial, administrative and clerical procedures
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel [Along with accounting software like Tally, Swastik etc]
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and verbal communication)
- Strong problem-solving orientation, and a positive attitude

Job Description
- Filling in Monthly VAT return. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reporting
- Handling compliances of the company related to VAT, TDS, etc.
- Maintain proper Bookkeeping, stock reports, and Income & Expenditure entries. Filing vouchers, goods received, and various paperwork
- Accounting software entries.
- Preparation of supporting documents & Vouchers.
- Prepare memos, letters, and other correspondences as & when required.
- Undertake other administrative and financial tasks as required.
- Monthly Bank, Customer & Vendor Reconciliation.
