• Bachelors’ Degree with specialization in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 years work experience in a similar role.
• Proven knowledge regarding bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices.
• Basic knowledge in prevailing laws and regulations on taxation and accounting.
• Exceptional time management and verbal and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and deadline-oriented.

Job Description

• Assist in keeping proper accounts of all the financial transactions of the organisation
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Process the payment, check the completeness of the payment documents, prepare payment schedule for payment to suppliers
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit different finance related reports
• Any other finance related works assigned by the supervisors.
