• MBS with specialization in accounts/finance, Semi-qualified CA preferred
• More than three years experience in accounts cum administration function, preferably in the construction sector
• Familiarity with accounting regulations and standards is crucial. 
• Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced MS Excel skills 
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Job Description

• Maintaining records at accounting software
• Assist in internal and external audit
• Periodic reporting on the performance of Joint venture operations
• Management of site accounts by coordinating with various personnel at sites
• Inventory management 
• VAT return filing
• Income tax return filing
• Closing the JV accounts
• Assist in designing and implementing a control system to reduce or minimize the risk of fraud and error
• Other relevant activities, as required by management.
