Work Location: New Road/ Bansbari, KTM
Major Responsibilities:
- Financial & Accounting Planning & Reporting.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in the creation, management, and monitoring of budgets.
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and optimize working capital.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax compliance, including preparation and submission of tax returns and adherence to tax laws and regulations.
- Supervise and guide junior finance and accounting staff, providing training, mentorship, and support.
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies and plans that align with the organization’s long-term goals.
- Utilize Account software and systems.
Requirements
Academic: Master/Bachelor Degree in Finance/Account.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Finance/ Account Department.
