Job Description
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
- Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
- Maintain and check petty cash & reconcile it.
- Managing day-to-day transactions
- Prepare management report as required by the management.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
Job Specification
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word) is a must and experience in using Finpro is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Finpro
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
