Job Description:

• Maintain financial records for the company by analyzing the following daily schedule and completing tasks every day for that day.
• Reconcile bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
• Supporting auditors to complete the statutory audit as well as internal audits.
• Correct errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
• Maintain account receivable and account payable up to date.
• Complete end-of-month procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date stock statements. Frequent physical stock verification with stock statement maintained.
• Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
• Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Handle all day-to-day accounting.
• Co-ordinate with parties and bank and tax office.

Job Specification:

• Complete bachelor's degree having 2 years of experience
• Proficient in MS-office
• Proper knowledge of the full accounting cycle
• Working knowledge of accounting software- Tally
• Good communication skills with national and international parties
• Proactive and smart
• Able to handle all invoicing, follow up with concerned parties
• Knowledge of income tax, vat, and custom duty
• Able to work on a tight timeline
• Participate in handling other official works
• Should have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
