Job Description:

• Daily record keeping of Business income and expenditure
• Bank reconciliation
• Analyzing the company’s revenue and expenditure for preparing and updating cash flow forecasts
• Monitoring aged receivable and report to team leader
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Reconcile creditors & debtors accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements.
