• Bachelor’s Degree in Management with Accounting Finance (BBS/ BBA)  
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar field.

• Masters’ Degree with Accounting or Finance (MBA /MBS) 
• Sound understanding of publication market.  
• Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.

We are looking for young, energetic and detail-oriented Account Officer to assist in our account department.  

Report to: CEO 
 

Office Time: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Sunday to Friday)

Job Description:

• Responsible to manage and maintain proper accounting system with journal, voucher and other  required entries in accounting software
• Management of the data file and the appropriate filing of the electronic and hard copies of the  financial documents and reports
• Payment follow to parties after discussion with Sales and Marketing
• Reconcile monthly bank and cash statement
• Reconcile payment collection and update
• Prepare quarterly financial planning
• Release payment after approval from CEO
• Prepare monthly financial report and update to CEO and team
• Prepare and provide monthly Trial Balance
• Prepare monthly Purchase and Sales Report
• Management of stock in system after physical verification from warehouse team
• Assist auditor for annual auditing
• Guide office assistance for billing and other work as required
• Perform any other tasks assigned.
