  • 10-15 years experience in accounting in construction industry. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, and work closely with the sales team to generate new business leads.
  • Develop and execute account plans that align with clients' goals and the company's objectives. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to drive account growth and profitability.
  •  Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to clients and internal teams. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and terms of engagement, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Quickly address client issues, concerns, and complaints. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any challenges and ensure a seamless client experience. Proactively anticipate potential issues and provide preemptive solutions.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular performance reports to clients. Use insights to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decisions.

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, serving as their main point of contact. Understand their unique needs, objectives, and challenges, and tailor solutions to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue growth within existing accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute account plans aligned with their business goals and company objectives. Identify areas for account expansion and work with internal teams to implement strategies that maximize value.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements with clients. Ensure contractual compliance and manage any contract-related discussions or amendments throughout the partnership.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular interactions. Provide timely updates, product information, and relevant industry insights to maintain engagement and trust.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
