Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks that may impact the financial performance of the company.
- Implement and maintain effective internal control processes to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of financial software and systems.
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc reporting as required by senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Incharge or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
