Job Description:
- Responsible for the client coordination.
- Handle office expenses and petty cash of office under the approval of the director or finance manager.
- Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office.
- Responsible for the overall running of the reception operation.
- Ensuring to provide immediate query support to clients through mails & calls.
- Responsible for providing complete administrative support to the organization by maintaining and bridging communication relationship between client and organization.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and emails to local counterparts.
- Carry out other duties such as translation works, take minutes of office meetings and visit clients/government/partners office as requested by the management
- Update the filling system and manage filing/E-filing the office documents for both hard and electronic copies.
- Must have sound knowledge of Accounting Software, Tally, Excel, Words and Others computer software as required for accounting purpose.
- Must have sound knowledge of Posting Salary, Govt.Tax, VAT, SSF, CIT, SST, TDS and all other taxation parameters, posting and maintaining proper accounts.
- Able to handle the financial transaction and general ledger entries.
- Able to prepare & submit reconciliation and other necessary account statement as required.
- Manage and maintain the company's financial records and reports.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Prepare tax returns and assist with audits.
- Should have clean record with previous company, and be honest, loyal and hardworking.
