Position Summary: Provide proper assist to supervisor on timely and accurate operation of specific accounting functions.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details) KRA:

• Landed Cost
•  Custom Clearing Coordination & Documentation
• Accounting Ledger Reconciliation and Custom Point Ledger Reconciliation
• Outgoing Payment Schedule
• LC wise Costing / BG Issue / NRB Cheque
• Product Costing
•  Rent / Lease Expenses
• Good knowledge of applicability of Accounting Standards, Auditing, and Assurance Standards. SAP System knowledge is must.
• Finalization of Annual Reports including Auditors Report & CARO, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Notes to Accounts & compliance with Companies Act etc.
• Assist to generate Accurate and timely Accounting report with Monthly Closing of All accounts.
• Managing Indirect Tax & Direct Tax related matters like TDS related matters, Monitoring Statutory Duties (TDS, Excise Duty, Service Tax etc.) and filing the return. Ensure the timely filing of E-TDS
•  Prepare Purchase reconciliation statement on periodic basis.
• SAP Entry. Ensure that SAP modules of SAP have been implemented properly. Verify the report generated
• Maintain and Keep record for Scrap Sales.

• Custom Agent Ledger & NRB Cheque Reconciliation Weekly Basis
• LC / TT Costing
• Ledger Reconciliation
• Reporting on SAP Implementation.
