Job Description:
- Making financial records in compliance with tax and accounting laws.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, accounts, and records of expenditures and revenues.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Disbursement of salary and wages (payroll), calculation and deposit of TDS.
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and assist the auditors during audit and F/Y closing.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
- Manage and monitor daily office operation, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports.
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, payroll data, bank accounts, and working days.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Provides assistance and support to the development of project.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
- Proven 2+ years of work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.
- Familiarity working with accounting software.
- Knowledge about latest accounting rules of VAT, TAX, TDS, etc.
- Knowledge of internal audits, tax audits & preparation of financial statements
- Require TWO-WHEELER
- Accounting, Communication skills, Administration, Interpersonal, Multitasking.
