Other Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree level qualification in Management, Accountancy, Finance or a related field
- At least 2/3 years of work experience in a relevant field with trading or manufacturing companies
- Knowledge and experience of accounting and billing systems; must be very proficient in Tally
- Highly Competent in Microsoft Office applications, and advanced excel skills
- Fluency in written and vocal Nepali & English language.

Job Description:
- Daily voucher entry, stock recheck in Tally
- Managing imports related documents (LC, TT) data entry
- Coordinating with the Finance Head, and auditor to finalize the financial statements
- Comply with government rules of Tax and VAT and keep the accounting system up to date
- Emailing clients, Preparing Quotations, Proforma Invoice, creating Purchase Orders when required
- Preparation of various financial reports and IRD related documents
- You should be able to use smart phone, and are fast with computer
- Typing in Nepali is a bonus
- We prefer if you have work experience in a manufacturing or trading company.
