Job Description

As an Account and Export Executive, you will play a critical role in managing our financial transactions and export-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts Receivable/Payable: Manage and record all incoming and outgoing payments accurately.
• Xero Account Software: Proficiency in using Xero accounting software for financial data management.
• Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Banks Reconciliation: Verify and maintain accuracy in bank statements and transactions.
• Accounts and Exports Data Entry: Accurately input financial and export-related data into our systems.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports as required.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial and export regulations.
• Communication: Collaborate with the team to address any financial or export-related issues.
