Lumbini Medical College (LMC) was established in a beautiful place Tansen. As LMC is located at Tansen, Palpa, Nepal understanding the need for a Medical College& Teaching Hospital PVT.LTD became visible and immediately a 100-bed hospital was founded in the year 2063 B.S. with authorization from the Ministry of Health and Population. As health is a major duty of the government, it is way too full of problems to hope and demand the need from the government only. Because of this, a large project was used in a stepwise process by deploying local regional Nepalese enterprisers. Lumbini Medical College (LMC) is affiliated to Kathmandu University. LMC has also been given permission to execute the Nursing Program which has further widen the scope for the producing professionals and skilled nurses.
