  • Experience with Virtualization, Hyper-V, and VMWare
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and services such as Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, SQL 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Job Description:

We're looking to build an ongoing collaborative relationship with an IT support person. Nearly everything is Windows-based, both on the server and desktop side. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and develop your skills in a wide range of IT areas. Additionally, you will be mentored personally by our team leader who has been working as a full-time freelancer for the past 8+ years and has worked on hundreds of projects related to M365, Windows Server, AD, Azure, Intune, etc.

 

This position requires you to stay up all night as our customer base is mainly USA and Canada so please do not apply if you're not willing to work during night hours.

 

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Windows Server, M365, Azure, and other cloud services. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with other IT teams to ensure that our systems are reliable, secure, and perform efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server, M365, Azure, and other cloud services
  • Perform system administration tasks, including software installations, patch management, and user account management
  • Monitor system performance and security, and take corrective actions when necessary
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that systems are integrated and perform efficiently
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure and procedures
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and security.
