WASH Field Mentor – Few position

Qualification:

• At least Bachelor degree in any field or Having 10+2, or  HA, Staff Nurse Civil Sub engineering or equivalent degree from the recognized institution with at least 4 years’ experience in I/NGOs.
• Experience in social mobilization, community organizing, rapport building within WASH, Nutrition and Health in development and/or emergency context
• Age must be between 18 to 35 years old (40 years in case of female candidates)
• An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards, integrity and appropriate professional image,
• Demonstrated ability to represent the organization at the community level
• Willingness to stay and travel extensively in the project locations and ability to work under high pressure.
• Having valid two-wheeler driving license and able to ride a two-wheeler in rural environment.
