Other Specification:

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in a UX or UI design role
• A portfolio that showcases expertise in UX and UI design for mobile and desktop web experiences as well as creative designing skills for logos and other print media
• Fluent in responsive, modern web design best practices and usability
• Proficient in standard UX/UI and Design software such as XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Any experience with modern front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), and front-end frameworks, like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and other methods to validate designs and improve the user experience.
• Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency in design.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling and effective marketing materials.
