Daraz is owned by Alibaba Group Holding Limited. Job Description User Growth comprises of both new user acquisition and retaining returning users. Develop, experiment, implement and scale new growth strategies and ideas focused on New Buyer Growth, Returning Users Growth, Conversion, and Retention. Analyze data to identify opportunities for funnel improvements. Closely track, benchmark and analyse implemented strategies and make recommendations to optimise new/returning user growth performance accordingly. Continually analyze the conversion funnel for new/returning buyers and optimize the user journey for conversion rate Collaborate with the Regional team to align on projects related to new buyer growth & returning buyer growth Propose gaps that can be plugged in through tech team to drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Push initiatives that achieve organic new buyer growth to drive efficiency, keep Cost of Acquisition low, and maintain a higher organic to assisted new buyer share Manage all related projects that requires daily hands-on commitment Full ownership of all projects under User Growth topics (mostly on end to end execution of the projects) Regularly collaborate with all the relevant departments to align on the User Growth initiatives/projects and monitor performance Requirements Masters/Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Analytics, Statistics Preferably 2 years of experience in a fast growing startup, or a dynamic team in large organization SQL knowledge is preferred Experience working with Cross Functional Teams Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills Importantly,we look for someone who will live by our values that define every thing we do: Continuously Innovative Generosity of Spirit Deliver on our Promise Make It Personal Benefits An international working environment in a start-up setting, and the unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders, including Lazada and Alibaba teams Work closely with country and group level management to build e-commerce in Nepal Hands-on experience in leading a team and growing a business Five days working week (Monday to Friday) Benefit Package: Social security fund, fuel expenses, employee discount voucher, mobile top ups and data pack, accidental insurance, medical insurance, full annual health check-up Interested candidate can visit our website to get application form.
