Functional Designation: Senior Supervisor

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a sales plan and meet the monthly sales target of the branch.
• Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshooting requests.
• Meet operations/logistics targets of the branch to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services.
• Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to the branch’s customers, both at the field and those visiting the branch office.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Responsible for the overall operation of the branch including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum 1-year experience in a team leading position, or, Intermediate with minimum 3 years experience in a Team leader capacity, proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
• Working Knowledge of sales, admin, and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage.
• Mature, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
• Own vehicle and driving license.
