Job Description
- Must have strong knowledge of GDS- Amadeus & Sabre.
- Handling the Inquiries related to Domestic and International Air Tickets/Fares.
- Carry out all follow up procedures related to customer travel, i.e. reconfirmation, rescheduling and reissuing of air tickets.
- Maximize sales and revenues by converting the inquiries related to domestic and international air tickets.
- Handling the GDS reporting with cancellation, refund, reschedule and reissue of Air Tickets. Advising clients about fare rules and options.
- Sales reporting & reconciliation with office executives.
- Must have excellent skill in using Microsoft office products.
- Must have be fluent in speaking English language.
- Must have excellent communication skills with airlines & customers.
Required knowledge and Skills
- 2-3 years of Amadeus/Sabre Airline Booking System experience.
- 2-3 years of working as Travel Executive/Consultant.
- 2-3 years of strong Customer Relationship Management Good Computer Skills.
