Job Description
- Ticketing or Tour Package preparation and dealing with clients.
- Handle ticketing enquiries including airfare quotations, reservations, and e-Ticket issuances.
- Working closely with leisure and corporate clients, airlines, travel agencies, transport, and other service providers.
- You will build strong, professional working relationships with them and all your main clients.
- Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures and policies. Also, assist with all travel documents, which clients might request for their travel plans.
- Plan routes and compute ticket costs.
- Handle complain and obtain feedback from customers along with upgradation of customer service.
Job Specification
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Domestic and International ticketing and tour operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be familiar with Ticketing software (Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus)
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities specific requirements.
- Should have good knowledge about all countries visa processing and documentation.
- Should possess a pleasant personality to lead the group.
- Should have excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English.
