Job Description

• Ticketing or Tour Package preparation and dealing with clients.
• Handle ticketing enquiries including airfare quotations, reservations, and e-Ticket issuances.
• Working closely with leisure and corporate clients, airlines, travel agencies, transport, and other service providers.
• You will build strong, professional working relationships with them and all your main clients.
• Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures and policies. Also, assist with all travel documents, which clients might request for their travel plans.
• Plan routes and compute ticket costs.
• Handle complain and obtain feedback from customers along with upgradation of customer service.

Job Specification

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Domestic and International ticketing and tour operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be familiar with Ticketing software (Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus)
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities specific requirements.
• Should have good knowledge about all countries visa processing and documentation.
• Should possess a pleasant personality to lead the group.
• Should have excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English.
