Job Description
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound tour packages, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and meals, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers to negotiate rates, secure bookings, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of competitive pricing and high-quality services.
- Assist clients with travel inquiries, providing expert advice on destinations, attractions, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, travel documents, and invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes to travel arrangements promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions for clients.
