Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

1. Lead brewery tours, providing a fun and informative experience for visitors.
2. Educate guests on the brewing process, history of our brand, and characteristics of our beers.
3. Conduct beer tastings and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
4. Ensure safety protocols are followed by all visitors during the tour.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns that guests may have
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tour area and equipment.
7. Collaborate with other brewery staff to ensure seamless operations and guest experience.
8. Promote and sell merchandise, including beer, glassware, and apparel, to guests.
9. Contribute to the development of new tour offerings and experiences.
