Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  •  Create engaging content for marketing materials including websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase conversions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to inform marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, including travel agents, hotels, and airlines.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, including creating and publishing content and engaging with followers on Facebook, Instagram and Tik-Tok.
  • Develop and manage the company’s email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and network with potential partners.
  • Regular visit of travel agencies and corporate houses to generate sales and pass to sales departments.
  • Communicate the ongoing products and promotion to travel agents and corporate houses through WhatsApp, email, phone and SMS.

 

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and how to leverage them for marketing purposes.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC and other online marketing techniques.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing tools.
  • Passion for travel and the travel industry.
