- Working knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo & Sabre
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with positive attitude
- Smart and self motivated
- Knowledge of online ticketing
- Possession of a valid 2 Wheeler License is necessary
- Preferably a person who can deal with walk-in clients.
Job Description:
- Provide support and service to international & domestic e-ticketing related requests.
- Provide accurate travel information to the client.
- Establish leverage with the customers and maintain public relations with the trade partner and client.
- Issue tickets for the existing clients and upcoming clients.
- Answer the inquires about the schedules
- Need to issue, re-issue and refund air tickets in Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre.
