Job Description:

• Handling International flight Ticket queries over calls and emails.
• Making reservations and ticketing using GDS systems and other carrier portals
• Meeting clients demand as in special request like seat allocation, meal preference, unaccompanied minor, arrangements for a stretcher, wheelchair, travel insurance, etc.
• Processing Clients request like full ticket cancellation, partial refund, reissue, etc. as per each and every airline ticketed fare rule
• Informing passenger if there is any change in the ticketed flight schedule
• Prepare cost-effective travel plans and provide excellent customer service
• Other services as instructed by the company's manager.
