Job Description:
- Provide support to customers, agents, and B2B clients for issue, reissue, void, and cancellation of tickets with 100% issue resolution on the same day
- Notify passengers, customers, and agents regarding flight changes, cancellations, and other relevant information
- Follow up when required to close on issue resolution, and provide guidance as and when required to improve customer experience.
- Coordinate with CSD, airlines, GDS, and our IATA agent for resolving various issues.
- Provide proactive call back to regular customers and agents as value-added service to confirm travel guidance and additional help – filling forms, passport/travel rules and regulations, and so on.
- Report sharing by updating the ready-made template.
- Update offline tickets and ticketing activities in eSewa travels admin portal and ticket management tool.
