Job Description:

• First feel the customer happy with quality service, good result, warm hospitality, discipline, honesty, good greeting and welcoming.
• Check OPD card for payment before therapy
• Proper weight and measurements before therapy
• Do therapy as protocol
• Properly fill up treatment chart in OPD and clients signature
• No personal talks with clients & staff
• Give information about weight and face treatments to clients
• Provide massages to clients by appointment
• Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most
• Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
• Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
• Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients
• Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
• As a therapist make note of every problem
• Do supervision of all rooms
• Maintain machine register.
