Job Description
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a report on the regional sales
- Explaining and promoting the company’s products and services to clients
- Helping clients find appropriate products and services as per their requirements
- Coordinating with the Sales team to meet monthly and yearly sales targets
- Addressing any customer queries on the company's products and services
- Collaborating with the Sales Representatives from other territories as and when required
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Implementing effective sales techniques in the assigned territory to increase company sales
- Conducting and analyzing surveys to understand customer requirements
- Attending and networking at various sales events and trade shows
- Monitoring competitor sales activities within your assigned territory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in the FMCG field.
- Knowledge of the industry techniques and latest developments
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel to different locations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
