Job Description

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining a report on the regional sales
  • Explaining and promoting the company’s products and services to clients
  • Helping clients find appropriate products and services as per their requirements
  • Coordinating with the Sales team to meet monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Addressing any customer queries on the company's products and services
  • Collaborating with the Sales Representatives from other territories as and when required
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Implementing effective sales techniques in the assigned territory to increase company sales
  • Conducting and analyzing surveys to understand customer requirements
  • Attending and networking at various sales events and trade shows
  • Monitoring competitor sales activities within your assigned territory.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in the FMCG field.
  • Knowledge of the industry techniques and latest developments
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel to different locations
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
