Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Introduce and explain our products/services to potential clients.
  • Answer inquiries and address customer questions effectively.
  • Follow a scripted sales pitch, while also adapting to customer responses.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with customers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and insights.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and able to handle objections gracefully.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
