Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to potential clients.
- Answer inquiries and address customer questions effectively.
- Follow a scripted sales pitch, while also adapting to customer responses.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and insights.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and able to handle objections gracefully.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
