Job Description:
- Experience user management and application support to clients
- Positive, energetic, and self-driven attitude to continually develop technical skills and troubleshoot issues
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written in Nepali and English
- Capable to troubleshoot issues (Machine related and user level software related)
- Install and set up equipment, ensuring proper functionality and integration with existing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure longevity and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to scanners.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements as needed.
- Train end-users on the proper operation and maintenance of scanning equipment.
- Analyze, install, monitor, and support of application and/or Operating System
- Develop maintenance and testing procedures for electronic components and equipment
- Evaluate systems and recommend equipment repair
- Should be highly motivated, self-driven, Hardworking and able to work in team as well as independently.
Required Qualification and Experience:

- Not less than 3 years of technical hands on experience, supporting and administering applications and systems.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in repair and maintenance of various electrical and electronic equipment used in banks and financial institutions.
