• Basic computer hardware and network related knowledge.
• Pleasant customer handling skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in a wide range of technical areas relevant to the company's industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
• 6-12 months experience is preferred.

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee the company's technical strategy and initiatives.
• Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and printer management software.
• Maintaining and implementing sound office IT and network environment
• Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners, printers etc. 
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning cartridges, printers, and copiers. 
• Providing demonstrations of copiers and printers operation to customers. 
• Writing clear and descriptive service reports. 
• Providing excellent customer support and service.
• Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry.
