• Provide technical support and resolutions on Hardware and Software related issue through phone or email.
• Managing open support cases within the organization and finding a solution or workaround to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Respond and solve technical problems.
• Deliver new product and technical training to channel customers.
• Cooperate with sales department to analyze the needs from customers and provide a complete project plan.
• Field visit for providing technical support and troubleshoot the problem.

Job Description

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science and Information Technology (Bsc.Csit),IT,Computer Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
• Familiar with CCTV, Network, communications and IT related fields.
• 2+ Years of Professional Experience in technical support or related areas
• Familiar with Microsoft-Office. The knowledge of Serial port sniffers, NCOM caught is a plus.
• Should have knowledge above Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Must have 2-wheeler with valid driving license.

Note: Experienced candidates on CCTV background are highly preferable.
