Job Description

This role requires to ensure that the organization’s IT Infrastructure and System Operation smoothly, securely and efficiently. A Technical Analyst will be responsible for day to day monitoring, operation and maintenance of overall system, infrastructure including configuration, patching and system security to ensure the hardening of deployed system. A Technical Analyst should work closely with team by suggesting possibility of  improvements on hardware and software performance and perform the enthusiasm on newer exploration, implementation, troubleshooting problems and escalate issues to the seniors and vendors for needed support and resolve accordingly. 

Job Specification

• At least University degree in Engineering, Computer Application/ Science, IT or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in implementation and support of network and communication system, ICT infrastructure including servers or data center. 
• Knowledge and understanding of major OS (Windows, Unix/Linux), databases, message queue (MQ) administration, networking/ network technologies, virtualization environment required
• Understanding of active directory domain, email system, PKI infrastructure, IBM Websphere Application and IBM MQ are highly preferred.
• Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
