Type: Fixed-Term for 2 years based in Regional Office-West
Essential:
- Master’s degree in relevant field with 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field with 3-4 years of experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in designing / managing projects on Protection including child protection .
- Experience in policy advocacy on Protection.
- Experience in safeguarding of children, adolescent and young people.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation of Protection program.
- Experience in networking/engaging with key actors on Protection.
- Experience in capacity development of project staff.
- Capacity to produce evidence-based, robust program design and public policy recommendations and positions.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, a variety of team members and external contacts, through good written and spoken communication skills.
