Job Description

• Assist in selection process of potential candidates to suitable positions as per the requirement of the client.
• Screen applications as per the job description, requirement, shortlisting them as per the pre-define criteria of the organization and make recommendation to client organizations.
• Assist team leader and HOD while conducting written test, group discussion, interview and other required assessments.
• Recommendation and Final Report preparation and submitting to the Team Leader.
• Assist preparing up-to-date record of all existing client and submit report to the concerned authority whenever asked.
• Prepare report on all job performed and submit report to the concerned authority in writing daily, monthly and yearly.
• Provide input in enhancement of system for process simplification.
• Coordinate with different Venues for Written Test of Bank.
• Prepare all the required Documents seat planning for the Written Test.
• And perform all other relevant duties as needed and required.
