• Should essentially have an orientation towards customer service.
• Must be good with calculations.

Job Description:

• Negotiation and product updates Feedback on Hotel inspections (FAM)
• Finalization of a rate contract in consultation with superiors 
• To ensure all rates are calculated and fed accurately in Xplor within 1-2 weeks of the date of receipt (depending on size of the contract and clarity of the T&C),
• To ensure rates are compared and forwarded within 24 hours of receipt to the superior.
• Updating and verifying all Rates and T&C at regular intervals.
• Calculate the net contracted rates to be fed into Excel and Xplor.
• Compare the new rates with previously available rates and also viz-a-viz rates for the same services in any specific market.
• Circulate the updated Promotions and rates to all departments.
• Update flight and hotel information in Xplor.
• Registration of new vendors, ensuring all documents and KYC are in place 
• Updated information regarding theme events and ancillary services
• Make relevant data reports regularly and share them with your superiors.
• Ensure the entry of Special rate cards in Xplor.
