- Preferably, 2 to 3 years of experience in operations and in managing a product or market for inbound clients
- Good Product knowledge of India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan
- Knowledge of popular itineraries and routings.
- Oral and written English communication skills

Job Description:
- Prepare and deliver day-to-day Quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and meet targeted timelines.
- Actively engage in briefing and debriefing from the Country specialists for each tour.
- Manage the entire life cycle of events, including accounting, documentation, Client meetings, etc., while the Clients are on tour.
- To collect the payments for tour files as per the payment policy
- Ensure proper cost control within the stipulated timeline.
- Maintain a close relationship with all service providers.
- Design itineraries and be efficient to do the costing with no errors.
- Assist in negotiations for better rates with hotels for specific movements.
- Give bookings to hotels, airlines, trains, or safaris.
- Maintain communication with FTOs for a better understanding of clients' requirements
- Manage operations and transactions in the company’s designed software and system in a timely manner, including giving bookings to branch or associate offices, hotel guarantees, and guide and transport services.
- Financial monitoring of all files.
Coordinate and follow up with:
- Respective foreign market manager,
- Product and R&D team for preparing the product and brochures,
- Suppliers as and when required.
- Branches and/or service providers as required.
