Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy Design, plan and execute employer branding activities Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience Conduct employee satisfaction surveys Visit career and job fairs at schools or universities Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position Candidate sourcing and screening Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn Knowledge of various interviewing methods Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company Advise management on interviewing, hiring, and candidate evaluation Provide guidance and forecasting for future hiring needs Identifying the organization’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy – including Employer Brand efforts – to improve recruitment and business performance Participate in succession planning, retention planning, developing, managing, and maintaining a highly skilled team to assist with talent development Skills and competencies: Excellent communication abilities Good interpersonal skills Proper understanding of labor law Problem solving aptitude Strong work ethic Experience in managing and overseeing a talent acquisition team and evidence of transforming the recruitment function within an organization Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Strong commercial and analytical know-how Strategic thinker Ability to multitask Able to build relationships with employees at all levels Education Level and Experience Required At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar experience in an HR role Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, or a relevant field.
