• Manage and maintain the company's system and network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, printers and firewalls.
• Ensure the security, stability, and performance of the network.
• Monitor network usage and performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Manage user accounts and access controls.
• Monitor and maintain system and network security.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Manage the company's IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Track and maintain accurate inventory of IT assets.
• Manage vendors of IT services and ensure the delivery of their services meets the company's standards and requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration between development and operations.
• Automate the infrastructure deployment and management for RealHRSoft by implementing Devlops practices such as continuous integration, deployment and monitoring.
• Install RealHRSoft software to clients and provide technical configuration of software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process
• Support clients with technical queries and provide technical assistance.
• Wherever necessary, provide training and support to clients during and after the implementation.
• Manage and monitor cloud servers and ensure their uptime and performance.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure.
• Prepare software downtime schedules and communicate with clients accordingly.
• Deploy software updates and patches to clients in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with clients regarding software updates and patches and ensure their successful deployment.
