Job Description

• Installation, Configuration & Testing of IP Cameras, NVR, Routers, Wireless App, Mobile Apps, Remote Monitoring Software and other storage devices.
• Testing, repair & maintain hardware and other peripheral devices.
• Co-ordination with China headquarter for RMA, product information & support.
• Provide online technical training and support using phone call, Zoom WhatsApp & Any Desk.
• Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instruction.
• After sales support for critical project clients.
